Patent Drafting Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have expertise in drafting patent applications either provisional or complete specifications in accordance with formats and guidelines pertaining to different Jurisdictions worldwide. We work directly with the inventors through many discussions for effective claim construction and for preparing other parts of specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We assist the inventors by performing Patentability searches prior to drafting and provide patentability opinions based on the search results. We also help the inventors with opt illustrations to support the invention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patent Filing Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We assist clients in filing Patent applications in Indian Patent Office, Conventional Applications, PCT Applications and National Phase Entry in India. We prepare the required forms, file requests for publication, examination and other procedures by adhering to the guidelines and timelines of IPO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We help start-ups to file patents through Patent Facilitators of our law firm and the start-ups can reimburse the patent filing cost through the SIPP program of Govt. of India<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also help in filing patents in any jurisdiction through our attorney partners in respective jurisdictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patent Prosecution:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We monitor and assist in each and every phase of the patent application from filing till the grant of the patent. Our services include preparing responses for office actions, Oppositions if any – both pregrant and post grant, Claim amendments and any other corrections, attending hearings, preparing hearing responses, appeals etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Post grant we help in filing yearly working statement, Reassignments and payment of maintenance fees.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patent Litigation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
